Heading to NYC tomorrow for a quick business trip. Wish it were next to a free weekend so I could explore, as I don't make it out there nearly enough.
I don't know my neighborhoods too well, but I do know I'll have the pleasure of staying at The Ritz and spending my time in Chelsea Market. Hopefully I'll get out for some drinks at night and a run in the morning...it's supposed to be a hot one.

If you are staying in Chelsea or the West Village, you MUST get a cupcake from Magnolia's Bakery or else everyone will shun you. For the rest of your life.
Oh, and say hi to the Olson twins in their penthouse suite near the hudson.
I don't want to be a hater Addie, but I don't understand the recent American fad of being obsessed with cupcakes.
They're just little pieces of cake, and everyone knows pie is way better than cake. Where are my cuppies?
