I can easily say without a doubt that this New Year's Eve was the best of my life. I am typically frustrated with New Year's Eve because it is the one holiday that has never really lived up to its hype.
However, the Downtown Countdown, hosted in the Hyatt in downtown Atlanta with an open bar, buffet, multiple rooms and stages, and 3000 guests proved to be one heck of a party. (Just slightly better than last year when we watched a peach drop...New York drops balls, Georgia drops peaches.)
